Terms and conditions

• Deposit for purchase is a minimum of 25% of order value.
• Balance of order value is payable when goods are into our warehouse if you wish to pay by credit or debit card. Or you can pay with cash or a building society cheque on delivery to our drivers. We cannot accept personal cheques on delivery.
• If you require us to hold your goods in our warehouse because you are not ready for delivery, your balance must be paid straight away.
• Free delivery applies to orders over £100, if under £100 a £6 delivery charge will be added to the order.
• Free assembly applies to orders over £150, if under £150 a £8 charge will be added to the order.
• Free disposal of old bed or mattress if you spend £199 or over. A £10 charge for bed diaposal will be added to the order if you spend under £199. A £5 charge will be added to the order if you require just a mattress to be taken away. Disposal is like for like, e.g. if you buy a single bed we take your old single bed away. If you require a larger bed to be taken away a £10 charge will be payable at time of purchase.
• We cannot take away old furniture; please either call the British Heart Foundation shop or Furniaid in Crawley.
• All deposits and any monies paid are non refundable, unless we are unable to supply the ordered goods.
• Delivery lead times quoted are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
• Price match guarantee, we will match or beat any other retailers price. If the price you find is of a internet site, we will offer you the same delivery service as them. Assembly and disposal charges are to be added to order value.
